LTO Ventures President and CEO Mark Olson joined other nonprofit members of the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce to be recognized at the Kendall County (TX) Commissioners Court and Boerne (TX) City Hall as each governmental entity proclaimed Saturday, August 17, 2024 Nonprofit Day in their respective jurisdictions. There are more than 180 nonprofits in Boerne, and more than 500 nonprofits in Kendall County.

Excerpted from the Chamber website: With the rapidly growing population in our area, and a fast-moving business environment, it can be difficult to know what services are available to our community and who provides these services. Kendall County Giving Connections has created a website that brings ALL nonprofit organizations, churches, civil organizations and more, from our county, together onto one single platform.

In 2023, in partnership with The Kronkosky Charitable Foundation and Trinity University, The Kendall County Nonprofit Economic Impact Study was launched. Comprehensive research from this study named Kendall County as the #1 most charitable county in Texas, with over $33 million of income coming from contributions and grants alone.”
